Crystal Guidance with Atlas & Rue: The Process

Crystals are not my hobby, they are my companions. They live in my home, in my pockets, my purse, my palms, under my pillow, and in my mind.

I don’t “own” them; I’m their grateful keeper, honored to walk beside these ancient, powerful allies as they quietly work their magic in my world. Some of them are billions of years old and will exist for much, much longer.

The initial conversation is a free, 15-minute call where we’ll get crystal clear on your needs, your goals, and the logistics of the session.

Crystal guidance sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes. If you’re local, I’ll travel up to 15 miles for free.

Any follow-up sessions after that can be virtual.

I tend to lean towards leading sessions in this way, but just know there’s no rigid script here. I’m all about meeting you exactly where you are and letting the journey flow!

• Setting the Stage: Before I arrive or log in, I clear the space with herbs and sound. Yes, even for virtual calls, because energy knows no boundaries!
• Centering Magic: I also take a pause for a mini meditation so I’m fully present and tuned in, ready to support you.
• Surprises: Sometimes I’ll hand-pick crystals to discuss, guided by your request and my intuition. Your energy shows up before you do, and if the call comes, I follow. 
• The Session: We start with a relaxed chat to uncover your needs and intentions before we journey into meaningful conversation and soulful guidance. Wherever you need to go, I’m there with you.
• Mix & Match Modalities: I might pick up other teaching tools to reference—art therapy, meditation, tarot/oracle cards, sound… crystals are part of an interconnected web of energy, so there are different ways to demonstrate their unique personalities,
• Playful Homework: Sometimes you’ll get a little “homework”—practical, magical tasks to keep the momentum going. The more you put in, the more you’ll see results!
• Energetic Farewell: Once I leave, I lovingly clear and ground the mental space, wrapping up our time together. I’ll also teach you how to keep your energy sparkling and protected—especially life-changing if you’re an empath!
